Endowments

St. John the Baptist currently has multiple endowments managed by the Catholic Community Foundation of Northeast Indiana. Endowments help gifts last long after they are given.

Below are the current endowment funds for St. John the Baptist:

• Saint John the Baptist Endowment Fund
  • Proceeds from this fund are for the general use of St. John the Baptist Parish
• Saint John the Baptist School Maintenance Fund
  • This endowment was created for funding the maintenance of St. John the Baptist School, Fort Wayne.
• Saint John the Baptist School Endowment Fund
  • ​​​​​​​Provides educational assistance for students attending St. John the Baptist School, Fort Wayne.
• ​​​​​​​Jamie King Memorial Scholarship Fund
  • ​​​​​​​In memory of Jamie King, this fund provides support to the St. John the Baptist Youth Athletic Committee's scholarships for eighth grade female athletes attending a Catholic high school in Fort Wayne, graduating from St. John the Baptist School.
• John and Lorraine Logan Scholarship Fund
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Established in memory of John P. and Lorraine M. Logan, this fund is for scholarships based on financial need for tuition at St. John the Baptist School.
• Robert and Irene Bangert Memorial Fund
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This fund was created by a bequest and is to be used for tuition for children to attend a Catholic school. Reserved for St. John the Baptist School, Fort Wayne.
• Jean Hahn Memorial Endowment Fund
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This fund will support St. John the Baptist FW school with an emphasis on junior high social studies and history programs.
